Biography
Elizabeth “Ziggy” Lanman received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 from University of Colorado- Anschutz Medical Campus. As a college athlete turned mountain athlete, Ziggy has found her passion in sports rehabilitation, specifically ACLR rehab, and getting folks back to activities that matter most to them. Ziggy also specializes in functional dry needling, chronic pain, bike fitting, and loves any and all knee injury rehab. When not in clinic, Ziggy can be found boppin’ around in the woods on skis or two wheels with a fondness for tree identification.
