Biography

Meghan grew up in Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Biology while playing on their Division I lacrosse team. Her love of sports, movement, and connecting with people led her to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is certified in Olympic Weightlifting and enjoys coaching strength training classes and integrating similar principles into her treatment. She is excited to continue to partner with her patients to create individualized, evidence-based plans to reach their goals of confidently performing the activities they love. When Meghan is not in the clinic, she can be found exploring coffee shops, hiking, skiing, or spending time exploring the Roaring Fork Valley with her husband.
